Acquire Property
We find diamonds in the rough
properties to either flip or rent. Once
a market analysis is completed and
funds are secured through
crowdfunding or a hard money lender,
we receive the funds to complete the purchase and renovate the property.
Renovate Property
Depending on the size of the project
will determine the estimated
renovation timeline. Typically, most
flips take 3-6 weeks to complete.
Once the renovation is completed,
we will list the property for sale
excluding a rental property.
Return on Investment
When we close, a final report is
provided for transparency and
returns are distributed.
