Generational Legacy Investment Group (GLIG) is a professional, full service real estate and construction company that buys and sells and builds properties in the Piedmont (Charlotte and surrounding area), Sandhills, and Triad region of North Carolina. We are a one-stop-shop, who specialize in buying diamond in a rough properties, and renovating them to sell to other investors or customers looking for a place to call home. Founded in 2020 by 5 college fraternity brothers, GLIG is driven to create a legacy through real estate investing. We are passionate about leveraging our platform to be an outlet to help elevate our communities and develop meaningful partnerships to drive impact.
